It was interesting to analyze data on women's participation in STEM and, as we could verify, there is a huge gap between women and men in STEM jobs, but the difference has been reduced in the last five years but at a slower pace.
Another thing to look for is that fewer women are doing courses in the area, making it harder to make the gap in occupations smaller.
