WOMEN IN STEM REPORT
As the data analyst in a multinational manufacturing company, I took a different approach in analyzing this dataset where I called the attention of stakeholders to the gap between men and women in STEM while comparing it to the worldwide 50:50 target ratio, and also showed the supply of women in STEM roles and their educational degrees.
Telling the data story from top to bottom while answering the most likely questions of stakeholders, I'm hoping my dashboard is found insightful, straight to the point and convincing enough to make imaginary stakeholders invest in the taskforce program for recruiting more women in the company.
